Schlatter - Wire mesh welder
Our Schlatters weld wire from 14Ga (0.080" dia) to 3/8 Ga (0.375" dia.) in a grid pattern to a maximum width of 48" and lengths of 120" or more. Grid spacings can be as small as 3/8" along the length dimension and 1" across the width.






AIM 2 & 3 Dimensional CNC Benders
We can bend wire from 13 ga (.0915) to 3/8 ga (.375) automatically, without tooling expenses to the customer








Powder Coating Line
With three separate powdercoat booths that roll on and off line, we can work with our customers to provide almost any color imaginable in a variety of finishes.

Mazak 1500 Watt CO2 Laser Cutter
Our laser cutter will cleanly cut steel, stainless steel, aluminum, wood, acrylic, and cardboard. Its maximum sheet size capacity is 48" x 96".








Robotic Mig Welder
Allows us to provide precise, repeatable welds in complex orientations in an efficient and economical manner for high volume jobs.








Refflinghaus
A 17-slide machine capable of producing up to 30 bends in one operation. This machine can handle a part up to 44" long with wire diameters between 1/8" and 5/16". In addition to forming this machine also flattens and punches.







Four Slides
Our Four Slides can form wire from 18 Ga (0.047" dia.) to 5/16 Ga (.03125" dia.) from 1/2" to 24" long. Flat stock 20 Ga x 1/4" to 14 Ga. x 1" can also be formed.
